Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on destination and local customs processing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note:

• Eastern Luck is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

1. Check your tracking information for updates
2. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
3. Contact us at support@easternluck.com if the issue remains unresolved

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs processing. However, we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
