Our handmade products

Our jewelry includes hand-painted and hand-finished pieces. Small variations in color, brushwork, finish, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not defects.

Orders and pricing

Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. We may cancel or limit an order when information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Shipping, returns, and complimentary cords

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Every pendant includes one complimentary basic cord unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Optional upgraded cords are sold separately. Returns and exchanges are governed by the current Refund Policy.

Personal use and intellectual property

Site content, photography, artwork, branding, and written Symbol Stories are owned by or licensed to Eastern Luck. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
